UN FORUM SUR LA BIODIVERSITÉ

Un forum des villes viables se tiendra dès dimanche à Montréal.

Cette rencontre a pour but de favoriser les échanges sur les façons les plus innovatrices d'intégrer la nature et la biodiversité à la trame urbaine. Organisé par le Conseil international pour les initiatives écologiques locales avec plusieurs collaborateurs, l'événement réunira près de 150 élus et experts du milieu municipal canadien et international. Ils échangeront sur les expériences des villes et sur les actions menées localement en matière de conservation de la biodiversité.

Alan DeSousa, vice-président du comité exécutif de la Ville de Montréal et responsable du développement durable, de l'environnement et des parcs, souhaite que le forum suscitera des partenariats futurs.
